1. Introduction
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your data, send spam, or use your information for anything beyond providing and improving our own services.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to data collected via our website and our sales chatbot (e.g. demo bookings, newsletter sign-ups, or general enquiries). It explains how Fuzzlab Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) processes your personal data in these contexts.
If you are using a Fuzzlab-powered chatbot or AI agent on behalf of a housing provider, local authority, or enterprise client, please refer to their own privacy policy. In those cases, the client acts as the Data Controller, and we act as their Data Processor under a separate agreement.
