Fuzzlab Limited is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

This notice covers this website only. Our product website, key2housing.co.uk, has its own privacy notice. Where Fuzzlab or key2housing is used by a housing provider or council to serve its residents, that organisation is the data controller and its privacy notice applies; we process that information on its instructions under a written agreement.
What we collect and why
We collect personal information in three situations. In each case we say what we collect, why, and the legal basis we rely on under UK data protection law.
When you ask us to get in touch
If you complete the project enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, organisation, and anything you choose to tell us about your current systems, timeframe or what you need help with. We use this to reply, to arrange the conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you are asking about a purchase, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you book a call
If you book a call through the scheduling link we collect your name, email address and the time you choose, and any notes you add. We use this to hold the meeting and to keep a record of it, on the same legal basis as an enquiry.
When you visit the site
We measure how the site is used with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not store personal identifiers such as IP addresses. The information we see is aggregated — pages viewed, links clicked, referring sites, country, device type — and cannot be traced back to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running; our legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the site.
Some links on this site open WhatsApp. If you use one, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
This site does not set cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process information on our instructions under contract:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship system, where enquiries and call bookings are recorded. HubSpot hosts our account in the United States; the transfer is covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which HubSpot is certified.
- Microsoft Azure — hosts this website in the United Kingdom.
- Plausible Analytics — site analytics, hosted in the European Union, receiving no personal identifiers.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and call bookings: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case the information forms part of the customer record.
- Analytics: aggregated indefinitely; it contains no personal information.
- Technical logs: 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to have it corrected if it is wrong; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@fuzzlab.co.uk. We will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, we would like the chance to put it right — contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top of the page.
